The program for this building was for the construction of a 15-story, 360,000 square foot office building in Fairview Park, Fairfax, Virginia. The work encompassed a large main lobby on the first level, a five star restaurant with double height space on the B-1 and first levels, a 406,800 square foot parking garage, an architectural penthouse, and a conference facility on the top floor. The site is situated in an area where new structures are being built for large corporations and smaller businesses with the intent of bringing together a stronger working community. The location of the site is also just inside the Washington D.C. Beltway, and is bordered by Route 50 and Fairview Park Drive. The North side of the site is also adjacent to the Lake at Holmes Run, a large lake separating the building site and a residential townhouse community.
