1310 L Street, NW, Building Renovation, Washington, DC,for the Cafritz Foundation was to design and renovated and existing building into a new ‘Class A’ status ten story office building in a mid-block urban site. The scope of work included new façade for the building, building lobby, roof terrace and upgraded parking garage. The building facades, elevators, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems are designed to be the state-of-the-art.
